By Solving this we get,
From Equation 2 & 4 we get,
a + 10 + d = 23
=> a + d = 13
So let Equation 5: a + d = 13

d = 2a + 1
So let Equation 6: d = 2a + 1
Solving Equation 5 & 6 we get,
a + 2a + 1 = 13
